Note: He is a man who holds enough hate to crush the world but has the intelligence and logic to succumb recklessness. But no one, not even Prometheus Black can surpass his overwhelming hate for the Transformers and their overall concept of being Sentinel Mechanical beings.

He is a hero’s worst nightmare for though he maybe only a mere man, he is a man with power. The power he holds in politics, underworld connections, religious support allows him to make the entire world bend backwards for his own amusement. But most important is his role, as GINRAI’s main sponsor and manager.

Many of his deeds goes unseen and often passed off as an accident, but to name a few …
*It was he who paid a hefty sum to the researchers in Sumdac co. to ‘accidentally’ cause the mutation of the nanobot cockroach during the Autobots first debut. The reason, was to bring Sumdac co. down to seize its assets.

*It was he who manipulated the law’s loophole so that Prometheus Black can proceed with his ‘human testing’ developing nano-technological steroids. The reason, to use Prometheus Black’s creations into breeding a band of super soldiers for the military.

*Though the first person who noticed Megatron’s presence was Issac Sumdac, the second was actually Morgan who had his office bugged to his knee and knowing Megatron needed the ultra explosive Destronium ore, Morgan deliberately released the locations of the ore which was classified to the public. The reason, should the unstable ore reach Megatron, it would blow up in his face. Should the Autobots attempt to stop the thief then it would destroy them instead. Either way, the city would be destroyed and Morgan would have Sumdac take responsibility.

*It was he who introduced Henry Masterson to Sumdac co. knowing full well that the company doesn’t create weapons. The reason, Morgan has his interest on Henry’s headmaster concept but needed a scapegoat for the creator’s hate and hopefully create enough destruction to sink Sumdac co. The reason, when Masterson was on the run, he was taken into custody by Morgan and grants him immunity in exchange for the data of the cybertronian body Bulkhead.

*The many crimes committed throughout Detroit were actually sponsored by Morgon though none of the criminals themselves know of it, such as Angry Archer and Professor Princess. The reason, this is done in order to collect more data on the Autobots should the day come to wage war with them.
