Simple minded and extremely cool headed. He thinks like a child but speak with words of an adult. His background is clear as a white paper, for no one knows of his existence. This strange tamer carries a digivice unlike anyone. As he leads both his comrades to their destination and helping them grow stronger, a very doubtful feeling follows this character like his shadow.
The Tarot Card 'The Fool' he holds in his grasp represents his role:
Carpe Diem, the meaning “eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we die”. A soul with creative chaos, his presence brings new beginnings. Yet his foolhardiness is to be reckoned with.
His opening phrase: “Who am I? I’m a fool, an idiot, a jester who ridicules the rules. A traveler exploring the worlds and questioning their logic … that is who am I …”

Ya don't need a license to drive a sandwich.
1. Rockman Exe > (Da PET)
2. Beyblade > (Da Launcher)
3. Onmyō Taisenki > (Da Shikigami Drive)
4. Gundam X > (Da GX's controller is detachable ^^)
5. Gear fighter Dendoh > (Da gear's Drive)
There are still a bunch of shows but I can't really remember all though. Still, the closest reference in Takumi's case would definately be Onmyō Taisenki. (Even ref until the movement sequences of cutting the 'In' )
